Our 1st Happy Birthdays!

Today we got to celebrate our first birthdays of the school year! How exciting!

And what made it even more enjoyable was that we didn't just recognize 1 birthday today...we got to recognize 2! :)

What a great class!

Our first week is almost coming to a close and I couldn't be more excited about our "motley crew" this year! :) We have such a wonderful combination of personalities and I think this year is going to prove to be a time where we don't just learn from our curriculum, but we learn from each other! Among our most exciting news this week, we have already experienced two lost teeth and are looking forward to many more! Certainly NOT something you look forward to as an adult, but VERY thrilling when you are a 1st grader. :)
