Dear Parents,

During the week of October 19-23, we will be covering the following topics as part of our curriculum:

L.A. - Schema, Visualization, Connecting text to self
S.S. - Red Ribbon Week
Writing - Six Traits - Ideas & Details
Math - Review/CBA 2
Science - Heat Changes/Friction

Also, don't forget that it is RED RIBBON WEEK!!! Be sure to encourage your child to participate by doing the following:

Monday - Wear Red
Tuesday - Wear a hat ("Put a cap on drugs").
Wednesday - Sports jersey ("Team up against drugs")
Thursday - Hawaiian attire ( "Lei off drugs.")
Friday - School shirt or school colors
